Vyach is priced per Discord server, with no per-member charge. It records consenting participants, publishes summaries and lets you search retained meeting history with questions. Community adds custom templates and personality; Pro also adds catch-ups for late joiners and automatic task posts.
Free: 2 recording hours and 10 questions per month, shared across the Free servers of one owner. Each server retains transcripts and stored summaries for its 5 latest meetings. Published Discord summaries remain.
We do not use recordings, transcripts or summaries to train AI models. Audio is deleted after successful transcription; untranscribed audio is automatically deleted after 24 hours. Stored transcripts and summaries support meeting search until deleted or retention limits apply. Question and answer texts are never stored; only user ID, time and request status remain for 30 days.
Bot messages and summaries are available in English, French, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Japanese and Chinese. English is the default for new servers. Speech recognition automatically detects supported spoken languages; its accuracy depends on the language and audio quality. Try a short call on Free to check your setup.
