- Recording time counts the whole call, from the start of the recording to its end, not only the time people speak.
- Add-on packs expire at the end of the current billing period.
- Only monthly billing is available for now. Paid quotas renew with the subscription’s monthly billing period. On Free, monthly periods start when the bot is added or the server switches to Free.
