Join your voice channel and start recording, with a private consent prompt for each participant.

After the chosen period without activity, recordings, transcripts, stored summaries, consent metadata and request metadata are deleted. Server settings and billing remain. If the bot has left the server, the subscription is cancelled before all server data is deleted after retention expires.

Configure short private catch-ups for late arrivals.

Open checkout for a paid plan. If the previous payer has left the server, the owner can take over the subscription here without a gap in the plan: the first charge happens only when the already paid period ends. To let someone else pay instead, use /billing payer-add.

Invite a server member to pay for the subscription. Vyach sends the checkout link to that member in a private message, and they become the payer once Polar confirms the payment. Available when the server has no active subscription or the previous payer has left it; in that case the first charge happens only after the already paid period ends. Only one invitation can be open at a time, and the link expires after about a day. The same invitation can be sent from the Billing page of the dashboard.

Any member can delete their own recordings, transcript segments and meeting metadata, with confirmation. Recording consent becomes declined; affected stored summaries are removed. Published Discord summaries remain. Cleanup waits for ongoing meeting processing to finish.

The server owner can request an archive. Its private link is valid for 24 hours after the archive is ready. Downloading requires Discord sign-in and current Owner access.

Owner only, with confirmation. Deletes recordings, transcripts, stored summaries, consent metadata and request metadata. Revokes archive links. Published Discord messages, settings, the subscription and quota usage remain.

Owner only, with confirmation. Cancels the subscription before deleting all server data, then sends the payer a private notification. Published Discord messages remain. Purchased paid time is not refunded.
